How can I exchange a product?

If you wish you can return an article purchased through our website. The garments must be in perfect condition (not used, not washed, with their inside labels still attached and not altered). You cannot exchange or return products on sale. Returns at ouraniakay.com are free of charge in case of size change. The return deadline is ten (10) calendar days from receipt of the delivery confirmation. Returns are only available for Greece.
You can change your product either in size. The steps are as follows:

1- Print the form and fill in the details.

2- The information of where should be send are:

3- Once we receive we will process your etiquette and we will proceed to replace it.

What is the deadline for making exchanges?

The exchange deadline is ten (10) calendar days from receipt of the delivery confirmation.

Returns

What should I do to return a product(s)?

If you wish to cancel all, or part of the order after receiving the products, you may return the product or products within a period of four (4) calendar days and we will refund your money by depositing it into your bank account. It is clarified that the returned product must be in its original condition.

Specifically, the returned product must not have been worn beyond trying on, ironed, washed or subjected to any other cleaning process. Also, any labels that accompany the product should remain in the same place, just as they were when you received it. In all the above cases, the receiving / shipping costs (courier and bank charges) paid by the customer, who will be responsible for the loss, destruction or deterioration of returned products until they are received.
The courier cost is 3 – 4 €.

Please remember that ouraniakay.com reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent outside the set period, or garments which are not in the same condition as when they were received.

HOME RETURN

To make a return from your home, you can contact the ELTA COURIER company (www.eltacou.gr) and send you a courier to pick up your package. The steps you need to follow to return are the ones that we show you below:

When will I receive the amount of my return?

Once we have approved the return in the next 48 hours we will deposit the money in the iban that you provide us.

Defective or faulty products

What can I do if a product I receive is defective?

In the exceptional case where you have received a defective article, contact our Customer Service Department via the e-mail address info@ouraniakay.com.

How to purchase?

Shopping at ouraniakay.com is very simple. Just follow these steps:

1. Choose the word “STORE” from the menu bar
2. Click on the product that interests you and you will see its different views, as well as its name, reference number, description, price, sizes available, composition and care instructions.
3. Select a size and add the article to the shopping basket. Next, you can choose between “Continue shopping” or “Process order”.
4. Please remember that you have two options for placing your order: you can register as a user or place your order as a guest.
5. Once you have entered your details correctly, click on “Continue”.
6. Select a payment method:
7. Check your details and confirm the order.
8. You will then receive an e-mail confirming your order.

Remember that purchases made at ouraniakay.com are completely safe as we put great amount of effort into guaranteeing your safety and personal details.

Orders placed from Tuesday to Saturday are processed on the same day. Orders placed on Sunday and Monday are processed on Tuesday.

Can I find out the status of my order?

Yes, by accessing the Order History section in your account, you can find out the status of your order at any time. If you have any queries regarding delivery, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service Department via the e-mail address info@ouraniakay.com.

Can I modify my order?

Yes, you can modify your order as long as it has not been processed.

If you wish to modify it after it has been processed, contact us using the Customer Service Department via the e-mail address info@ouraniakay.com. In that case, you must contact us within one (1) working day.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel an order which is already placed, press HERE to download the cancellation form and fill in the details.

Then send it to us via the e-mail address info@ouraniakay.com, within one (1) working day.

Delivery

Οι παραδόσεις των προϊόντων γίνονται στο Νομό Αττικής και την υπόλοιπη Ελλάδα μέσω της ΕΛΤΑ COURIER εντός 5 – 12 εργάσιμων ημερών και σε περιόδους εορτών εντός 6 – 13 εργάσιμων ημερών.
Οι χρεώσεις έχουν ως εξής:
Για τις παραδόσεις στην Ελλάδα:
Τα μεταφορικά είναι δωρεάν.

Στις παραγγελίες εκτός Ελλάδας:
Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση: Τα προϊόντα αποστέλλονται μέσω της ΕΛΤΑ COURIER, εντός 4 -6 εργάσιμων ημερών από την ημερομηνία αποστολής.

Εκτός Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης: Τα προϊόντα αποστέλλονται μέσω της ΕΛΤΑ COURIER, εντός 5- 7 εργάσιμων ημερών από την ημερομηνία αποστολής.

Ενδέχεται να υπάρχουν έξτρα χρεώσεις που να προκύπτουν από δασμούς, ισοτιμία, εκτελωνισμούς και άλλες ιδιομορφίες της κάθε χώρας για τις οποίες η εταιρεία δεν φέρει καμία ευθύνη.
